Effects of Child Labor and Recommendations for further information

The consequences of child labor can lead to...

1.   No childhood due to having long hours of work and abuse
2. Lost of limbs,death,and even dehydration/starvation
3. Sexual molestation, can lead to perversion and then themselves becoming a pedophile and suffering from pedophilia  
4. When grown up the children live on poverty due to lack of education and communication skills

There are no documented or recorded effects of long term effects caused by child labor. Although there are some books out by people who once actually like landmines in Cambodia activist and author Loung Ung with the book First They Killed My Father: A Daughter Of Cambodia  Remembers I  recommend that book because it is so moving and the events Mrs.Loung went through are scary,chilling and sad because  I don't think  I would be able to live without my pa ma or eldest and youngest sisters. I personally think Mrs.Loung went through those events with courage and I will wonder how she was able to keep sane after what she had went through but I  suggest you read the book to find out for yourself.
 Iqbal  Even though I am still on chapter ten I still recommend this book my third period teacher Ms.Fabian has us reading this book because our module is on child labor (I am doing this blog by myself) and the book has been getting super interesting and intense anybody would like it really the author is

Chocolate & Child Labor

We can all fight against child labor by doing our research like for example Chocolate!Yes I said chocolate it might surprise you but it's true.Those big Brand names like M&M/Mars,Hershey are  supporting the fact that children  harvest their Cocoa  beans.Some of us should already know that the price of Cocoa beans went down,It takes nine-hundred coca beans to make just one kilogram (or that's just what my resources tell me),and chocolate is down right delicious.I am not saying that you can't eat chocolate because here's the trick to STOP supporting child labor.

1. Go to an all natural store like Chuck's or etc...
2. Write letters or call the big brand names and ask questions etc...(number and address will be presented down below
3. Look for chocolate with the fair trade label
4. Tell family,friends,church members
5. And REFUSE to buy the big  brand names

Forms of Child Labor

•  Debt Bondage-When  a parent/guardian owes a debt (money etc.) and can not pay it off so therefore the children are forced to work. 
• Human Trafficking -Forcing children to work in the field of prostitution  and/or in pornographic performances and pornography
• Agriculture - Children laboring in fields;harvesting 
• Street kids-Children who call the streets "home".In some cases the children just work there selling informal economy items.
• Forced Labor-Kidnapping or tricking kids into forced labor

  There are many other forms of Child Labor these are just in my opinion the worst form of it.Please tell me in comments below if I have missed any other worst form of Child labor.Thanks.

What is Child labor?

Child labor is not universally defined but has several meaning actually.If a child is exploited, robbed of education and forced to work well that is child labour.No it's not children giving birth to another child even though a handful of people will think that.In some developing countries it's simply not called "Child Labor" because of well hello it's a different country and rules,regulations,and government  differ. In some cases children  receive very very very low minimum wage Sixty-Four cents to Eighty-Four cents.There are many countries including the United States who support  child labor by buying the products.Also there are many different forms of child labor and practices, some in the worst form (example.Human Trafficking).Can you imagine being and child younger than the legal U.S working laboring to pay off debt or just because your family doesn't have a enough money to support you and the rest of your siblings? As a kid myself I think it is just terribly horrific of what the children have to do.
